Hollywood actress Kathy Griffin has been picked as the new replacement for Joan Rivers in the hit fashion TV show Fashion Police. Sources told TMZ it's a done deal. . Kathy will join other hosts Melissa Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic.TMZ however adds that the show will no longer be a weekly series. E! Will roll it out during awards shows and other occasions as event programming.
