When you hear the words “pole dancing,” what comes to mind? For most, it’s probably an image of a strip club or topless strippers spinning around a pole in one such environment.
But for French performer Karo Swen, pole dancing is much more than that: It’s an art.
In the video above, Swen shows off her chops as she pole dances to a bass-heavy beat.
But her pole “dancing” goes beyond the expected and combines a mix of athletic movements. It’s a fusion of gymnastics, hip-hop dance and Cirque de Soleil-esque magic, and it’s absolutely stunning.
