Katarina Sreckovic is a gorgeous woman, but apparently the 25-year-old’s good looks have become a hindrance to her career, and the stunning sports reporter was almost fired from her gig as reporter on the Red Star Belgrade soccer team in Serbia for being a little too hot.
“I admit it was a problem at the start, but I think they’ve got used to me now. It was tough, though, because for a while it seemed as if they might not be able to work with me at all,” Sreckovic told the NY Daily News. She continued, “I was also asked to go away a couple of times because I was a distraction on the pitch and players complained that they couldn’t concentrate.”
The Daily News reports Sreckovic was initially banned from being around the team because they couldn’t focus on her questions, which “fell on deaf ears with the players who were unable to concentrate on answering.” She was eventually allowed back, with the men being specifically asked to keep it professional with the beauty.
