Beyoncé
is regarded as one of the greatest performers of our time and now she
is the highest paid woman in music. Last year, she earned a cool $53
million but according to Forbes’ list of top-earning women in music,
Mrs. Carter doubled what she made last year, raking in $115 million in
earnings. Bey’s endorsement deals with H&M and Pepsi, the Mrs.
Carter World Tour (which brought in $2.4 milli per city) and her
surprise self-titled album made her income skyrocket into the
nine-figure range. Taylor Swift came in behind Yoncé with $64 million.
Pink took the third spot at $52 million and Rihanna placed at number
four with $48 million. Katy Perry rounded out the top five with $40
million in earnings.
