The poor, poor man went to a GP complaining his horrific mouth ulcers were oozing disgusting puss.
But when the shocked doc looked closer he saw the weeping wounds were moving… Fat white maggots can be seen wriggling and writhing inside the man’s skin – right next to his mouth.
We did try to warn you...
The astonished doctor, Harunar Rashid, decided to film the awful find and upload it to the internet for us all to share.
He added the caption: “This patient came to my chamber with foul-smelling discharge and ulceration in both upper and lower lips. “Here I found huge maggots.
“I think this is very uncommon.”

As you stare into the cavernous holes in the poor bloke’s lips you can see the grubs moving.
One even wriggles free and crawls down his beard.
