Kim was spotted leaving the doctor’s place, and after a while we began to wonder why. We found out that she went to have lip fillers injected so she can have a fuller lips just like Kylie Jenner did. In the picture above can you spot the difference. Come to think of it, now that she is pregnant; everything about her body is swollen; her legs, belly, hands e.t.c. So no doubt her lips could also be swollen as a result of her pregnancy. Who knows?
