In the latest video released by terror group ISIS, two men who are accused of practicing magic were beheaded in front of the crowd in Libya.
The footage shows the 2 men both blindfolded, bound and wearing orange jumpsuits as they are led in the centre of a crowd to be executed in Tripoli. See photos below;
