An HIV-positive man has been jailed for the second time for repeatedly having unprotected s*x with women without telling them he had the disease.
Ricky Webster, 26, from Wilson Borough, Pennsylvania, was branded 'cowardly' by Judge Leonard Zito before he was sentenced to at least 33 months in prison for his sexual encounters with three women.
The father-of-one pleaded guilty to nine counts of reckless endangerment and admitted his actions were stupid. Webster said he didn't want to hurt any of the women in a bid for leniency, but the judge ignored it.
None of the women are believed to have HIV, but their test periods are not yet over, The (Easton) Express-Times reported.
'This was not only disrespectful but it borders on the most heinous and deplorable acts,' Judge Zito said.
It is the second time Webster has been put behind bars for the same crime. In 2010 he was sentenced to four years in prison for having s*x with two women in New Jersey.
