A 32-year-old man, Mkhululi Mhlanga, has been arrested on charges of domestic violence after he poured pepper into the private parts of his wife whom he suspected was cheating on him.
The Zimbabwe man was said to have confronted his wife on the allegation and in the hot exchange that followed, he descended on her, beat her to a state of comatose and thereafter, poured the pepper into her privates.
The poor woman was taken to a hospital where doctors battled to clear the pepper from her private part. She was hospitalized for two weeks as a result of the incident.
Now Mhlanga will spend four years and six months in jail for his senseless action.
