South Africa's Supreme Court of Appeal overruled the athlete's original conviction of 'culpable homicide' and he now faces being sent back to jail over murder.

Judge Leach said: "He must have foreseen that the person he was firing at behind the door might have been fatally injured."
It comes two weeks after the former Paralympic sprinter made his first public outing since he was released from jail, to carry out community service.
He was released from jail in secret on October 19 to serve the remaining four years of his sentence under house arrest.
