Legendary Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson was in attendance at Old Trafford last night as Arsenal eliminated the Red Devils in a 2-1 defeat.
Celebrity Manchester United fan, and longtime friend of Sir Alex Ferguson, Eamonn Holmes took to Twitter after the game with a message for loud-mouthed Arsenal fan Piers Morgan.
The Sky News presenter passed on a message from Sir Alex Ferguson after the full time whistle – ‘F*** off’.
We can’t be sure that Fergie actually did pass on this message to Piers Morgan but who hasn’t wanted to tell Piers Morgan at one time or another to f*** off.
Last night was a bitter pill to swallow for fans of Manchester United, watching academy graduate and local boy Danny Welbeck score the winning goal for Arsenal.
Louis Van Gaal could conceivably be shown the exit door at Old Trafford if Man United fail to make the top 4.
