A homeless man in Georgia busted into a funeral home and committed a s.ex act on a dead woman, police said.
Domonique Smith, 26, was initially arrested for stealing a bike from
the Hill Watson Peoples Funeral Service in Columbus, Ga., according to
authorities.
Somehow, during the course of the bike investigation, police found evidence that Smith had s.ex with a corpse in the mortuary.

“The results of our investigation and the forensic examination gave us
probable cause to believe that this individual had indeed sexually

Police arrested Smith in an abandoned home earlier this week.
He has pleaded guilty to burglary, possession of a firearm by a
convicted felon and receiving stolen property, authorities said.

He is currently in jail and is expected to be charged with necrophilia on Monday.
