Charlie Hebdo is well known for its controversial images which regularly satirized Islam amongst other religions. On 7 January 2015, two Islamist gunmen opened fire at her Paris office killing twelve and wounding eleven, four of them seriously.
Turns out that after the terrorist group Boko Haram kidnapped and enslaved the missing Chibok schoolgirls, french satire magazine Charlie Hedbo had this picture above as their cover. And it depicts pregnant girls saying "Touchez pas a nos allocs!", which translates to something like "Don't touch our (welfare) allocations!"
