R&B singer Ciara was attacked yesterday by the man who tackled socialite Kim Kardashian in Paris last week. TMZ.com reports Ciara was walking outside the Valentino fashion show when prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who was wearing a black trench coat, stepped out of the crowd and dropped his trench coat to reveal a black thong.
He forcefully grabbed and kept hugging Ciara as security rushed over to pull him off from Ciara who at first looked surprised but later laughed it off unlike Kim. Despite all these assaults on celebrities, Police have neither arrested or charge Vitalii for any crime. See more pics after the cut;
