A 48 year old dentist identified as Mark Russ reportedly asked a teenager to remove her bra and groped her brE*sts during a 'check-up' in his surgery.
In the court, Mark Russ is accused of fondling the teen in the dingy basement of the City Bridge Dental Care practice in Bristol.
Russ is claimed to have asked the teen to partially strip at his practice before feeling her breasts and kissing her neck.
The victim told police how Russ locked the door in his City Bridge Dental Care's premises, before taking her down to a dingy basement where he groped her.
She said: "It was disgusting. It was horrid. He examined me around my neck. He said 'you need to check this out'.
He kept touching me around my chest. I felt uncomfortable. He said 'take your top off' and I took my top off."
The dentist is also accused of putting his hand on the girl's crotch as used his other hand to work on a male patient's mouth.
But, when the teen complained about what had happened she then received two letters from Russ "apologising for what he had done", it was said.
She told police: "He obviously needs help but he didn't even help himself.
"You try to block it out, but you never forget it."
Russ, of Cleeve, Bristol, denies charges of indecent of assault and sexual assault, as well as two other sexual assaults charges relating to another woman.
Michael Holland, defending Russ at Bristol Crown Court, accused the woman of "having a tendency to recreate history to suit her belief", which she denied.
The complainant said she bottled things up at first.
She said she then reported what happened to the General Dental Council but felt they did not help her enough and went to the police.
"I was afraid, I was scared. I didn't want anyone to lose their jobs," she said.
"It has really affected my life, but I'm glad I've done it.
"It definitely did happen. I wouldn't put myself and my family through this, I wouldn't do it."
The trial continues.
