     This is BALLING on a whole different level! The Facebook boss has paid more than $100 million to purchase 700 hectares of land in Kauai, the fourth largest of the Hawaiian islands, where he plans to build a private getaway befitting one of the world's richest men.

  This 700 acres on the north shore will include a pristine white sand beach, a former sugarcane plantation, and an organic farm. Under Hawaiian law the the beach will have to remain open to the public as the state has no private stretches of sand. He also 


     To to fend off a developer who was going to purchase homes near his 770 hectares, and market them as being "next door to Mark Zuckerberg", he squashed an extra $30 million buying up four homes adjoining his in Palo Alto.
