Pictured above is Dr. Craig Spencer, the first New York doctor to test positive to Ebola. Spencer recently returned to New York from Guinea where he is has been treating Ebola patients. He tested positive yesterday Oct 23, and currently receiving treatment at the Bellevue hospital.
