A 3-year-old Ghanaian boy left officials shocked when he told a delegation that his aim in life is to become an armed robber. The Tribune reports that the child made the shocking revelation at Asuogyaman in the Eastern region of Ghana during a visit by the District Chief Executive (DCE), Thomas Ampem Nyarko, and his delegation to mark the ‘my first day at school,’ initiative.
The little boy is said to have stated that the reason for his aspiration to a life of crime is to enable him become rich. The child’s disturbing answer was supposedly a response to the DCE, who asked the children what they would like to be in future.
The shocking answer was a response to a question the DCE asked the children regarding what they aspired to become in future. The incident reportedly led the DCE to refer the child to the guidance and counseling unit of the Ghana Education Service. He also demanded that a report be sent to his office.
