American singer, Miley Ray Cyrus who held minor roles in the television series Doc and the film Big Fish in her childhood showed up on stage during her latest 'Bangerz' tour wearing a pair of novelty, lensless glasses and a plastic pe nis on her face.


No need to keep asking why she wore such as she has a record of always going to the extreme during her concerts plus the fact that Miley has been described as a free spirit who can't be tamed...so expect more outrageous and ridiculous costumes next time.

Some sites describe the peen as a "disguise," but we can't totally accept their description because her face is still visible and of course, who didn't know it's her standing there!
