Finally the deal is done. Angel Di Maria says he's finally happy to join Paris Saint German. He just completed a year with English Premier League side, Manchester United for a record deal of 59.7 million euros.
The 27 year old Argentine midfielder flew to Qatar on Tuesday ahead of his 44.3 million euros move. Not United nor PSG has confirmed if the deal went through yet but Aspetar, a specialist sports hospital in Doha revealed via its twitter handle that the player was there for his medical ahead of his proposed move to PSG.
In an interview Di Maria said, “I am very happy to join Paris Saint Germain. They are very important”. He also added; "they made it to the quarter finals of the Champions League, so my objective was to arrive to Paris and to help them through the quarter-final barrier, because they have struggled in the past two seasons.
