He said 'take your top off' and I took my top off."<br /><br />The dentist is also accused of putting his hand on the girl's crotch as used his other hand to work on a male patient's mouth.<br /><br />But, when the teen complained about what had happened she then received two letters from Russ "apologising for what he had done", it was said.<br /><br />She told police: "He obviously needs help but he didn't even help himself.<br /><br />"You try to block it out, but you never forget it."<br /><br />Russ, of Cleeve, Bristol, denies charges of indecent of assault and sexual assault, as well as two other sexual assaults charges relating to another woman.<br /><br />Michael Holland, defending Russ at Bristol Crown Court, accused the woman of "having a tendency to recreate history to suit her belief", which she denied.<br /><br />The complainant said she bottled things up at first.<br /><br />She said she then reported what happened to the General Dental Council but felt they did not help her enough and went to the police.<br /><br />"I was afraid, I was scared. I didn't want anyone to lose their jobs," she said.<br /><br />"It has really affected my life, but I'm glad I've done it.<br /><br />"It definitely did happen.
